There are doctors who will do tubal reversal surgeries. The price range is less than that of IVF, but there is no guarantee that you will be able to conceive.
However, if the reversal does not work, you can still get pregnant using the IVF method. This usually requires a lot of medication and time.
Try researching tubal ligation reversals first.

I honestly would try IVF. That way you have no worries about tubal pregnancys. You can have a tubal reversed but it rases your chance of having tubal pregnancy not to mention it is another sergery that may not even work. I would talk to a specialist about it. Good luck.
