I enjoy both watermelon and cantaloupe. They are known to help you lose weight because of their water content.
There is nothing any better than a sweet watermelon and sweet ripe cantaloupe with salt or without. Salt will cause you to retain water so I leave it off unless I just need a salt fix.
I hope you choose my answer just because it is hard to choose between the two.

Seedless watermelons for sure! Then regular watermelons. Then cantelope.
Don't get me wrong, I like cantelope, but I love watermelon!

WATERMELONS palms DOWN! its an extremely suited fruit! have you ever tried it with lemon juice and characteristic it sprinkled with salt??? genuinely MOUTH WATERING!!! I recommend come on "CANTALOUPE"? it sounds like the two a million.) one in each of those animal indigenous to the South African Jungles 2.) a kind of soup that would not sound in the slightest degree appetizing or 3.) a ailment that induces vomiting.
