LOL... that's not a bike ya dork! You'll look awesome and get a ton of attention from the ladies though... I can picture it now...
You strut out to the parking lot and carrying your flame red helmet. You walk over to the motorcycle parking area and kneel down to grab the pull start on your fancy little 49cc pocket bike. After you get it started and throttle it up a bit, a truck about the size of God compared to you, comes out from a parking space and rolls over you like a speed bump.
Yeah... I think I posted an answer to one of your earlier questions about 125 or 250 cc starter bikes... Here and now I wish to retract that answer because I now know who I'm responding to.
If you want a bike, get a bike. Real men ride real bikes... at least 500 cc or more. Good God... I now have more respect for the moped lovers than I have for you now.
By the way... I'm still laughing because it's that funny.

That thing isn't a real bike - it's a pocket bike, kind of a 1/4 scale model of the real thing.

What are you thinking?
That is NOT a motorcycle! It's a child's toy.
For what you spend on that, you can buy a small, used, REAL motorcycle that will give you many years of dependable service.
I ride mine to work, and since I have a real job, that IS everyday use.

If you're talking about the scooter down at the bottom,
STAY AWAY!!!!
You will never be able to get parts if something breaks. No shop will work on it because they won't know where to get parts and they can never get a shop manual for any specs or repair procedures.
Send that site to your computer's recycle bin and delete if from your brain.
You won't be able to get it repaired. !!!!!!!!!
Spend the extra money and buy a popular brand name scooter.
Or buy a used one for half the price.
