Friction hun.. When your thighs rub together it irritates the skin.. and if you sweat a lot or your pants are wet you'll prolly get those itchy red bumps... Not much you can do... try baby powder or a lotion... otherwise just keep jogging till they dont rub anymore.... sucks dont it?!

Baby powder works well - it cuts down on the rubbing of the thighs.

not being a medical person but I read somewhere when you lose too much water through your skin your skin gets itchy recommended was to apply an Aqueous Cream
check with your Dr.Feelgood.

If you're male you're obsessing and a shower will deal with it. If you're female you'll need seven (minimum) different creams, sprays, personal consultants to sort it out, before you come back and ask the same question again.
