There as never been a good government in Australia.
Reason for that is the people have no idea how to stop parties from voting for their own benefit.
Look up the constitution and see , it was written by politician for politician. not a word about the peoples rights

Vote for the right candidates so that the right people will serve in the Australian government.

The problem is the opposition parties are invariably hopeless, so of course the governing party never has to try very hard. In a parliamentary system, a good opposition makes for good government.
