clothes:
that place is some what hot so take good clothes.
for skin:
1.clean ur face thrice a day
2.use face pack and use sun screen as it will be hot in goa.
for hair use good conditioner after shampoo.
don't talk with strangers.enjoy the trip

make sure you take plenty of moisturiser and sun screen . and you can also buy a protection spray for your hair . when i went i made sure i had loads of sun screen mainly . . high factor .
