Go for a walk, visit a good friend or just call, but don't' tell your friend you are having a bad day, that way, she/he will start talking about her/himself. That will make you forget you are having a bad day.

Watch movies or talk on the phone with the most funny friend or take lonely walk out of people around and love to see the beautiful nature around - just peace.

Take a hot bath,get a drink,be glad that the day is over,get over it,get ready for tomorrow,work to make it better than the last.

take a nice looooong bubblebath. sit in tub, drain all water, leave about one inch worth. play with all bubbles that are left, caress your body all over from face to tippy toes. see if you can pee straight upwards laying on your back.
some girls share a nice long bubblebath with their mom and have girl talk. its a beautiful bonding moment between mom and child. this will cheer u right up. good luck

I play a video game and play my favorite music.
You have to get a different mind set and not dwell on what happened.
Sometimes, it is much harder to do at times.
I am much harder on myself when I have had a bad day.

Listen to music, when I am feeling crappy, I listen to some good tunes and all that crap goes away. Well it does not go away but it goes out of mind.
