you appear to be normal. Drink lots of water and walk. Make sure you eat foods that give you iron-bread, greens, etc. The water really makes a diffrence and you should see a doc yearly.

You should check with a doctor b/c I had the same thing a few different times where I felt like I was going to pass out from the pain. The last two times I felt like that, once my test came out positive for pregnancy and another time the test was positve but I wasn't pregnant???? I never did understand that. You could have endometriosis too. There's so much new information on all that also.

I totally know what you are going through. If you dont want that, I would recomend going to the doctor and getting on birth control, it TOTALLY helps. I know when my period is, it is really light, and I don't get the cramps at all that I used to get.

I have had this, but I have endometriosis. You may not necessarily have this, but should speak to a doc. It could have something to do with a change in your routine or diet. But, most importantly, there could be something to relieve your suffering. In the meantime, watch your caffeine intake, that can really mess with me.

Call your doc. It's probably nothing big, but you shouldn't have to suffer! Good luck.

Try laying on your back and putting heavy book on your stomach. Pressure helps. And also, laying on whatever sides the cramps are on.
