i dont think it is a sin to fall in love. Some would say that Adam's greatest sin was to love Eve more than he loved God.. He chose to obey her rather than God and this is what caused the fall of mankind. The message here is that you should never love another more than God, because when you do that, this new person becomes your god in a way, and that's breaking commandment #1. Probably a better idea is to both love God and thank him/her for bringing you together.

I believe that love is one of the most beautiful emotions.

Unfortunately we can't always choose who we fall in love with, but that doesn't make it a sin.

You might not have a future if the guy is a Catholic priest, but there are many other priests who do get married.

Just remember that you've done nothing wrong.

I really hope everything works out for you. Take care.

nope. it's definitely not a sin. But it's kinda hurt when u love someone but not being reciprocate... Especially falling in love with someone who is already committed.

Frm the question u asked, i think u're very troubled about this issue. Nw im going thru' this thing myself... My guy colleague was getting married. But he's suave, fit, caring & gentlemanly to girls. Tat's the most attractive part of him that attracted me. Well, knowing such a guy, we girls will have some fancy minded...

But love is love. Committed is committed. Is not a sin to fall in love with committed guy but is a sin to broke them up if u really wanted to have him... Do remember this point.

So is just like me, enjoy being frens with him. Fancy thoughts will have but try to control... When u don't see him, don't think of him.

God bless U

well, its not a sin to fall in love.. for me fallin' in love is the greatest feeling, but if your too much in love with a person and give more than he/she deserve, can be very toxic, y? coz if that relationship didnt wrk, it hurt so bad and you cant handle the heartbreak?, you might as well can commit a sin.......(for some peepz)

I'm not surprised by this question. Religion to me, sadly, is a form of manipulation. It doesn't matter what faith you happen to belong to. They each want you to feel guilty for something. They want to confuse you, make you think that something you would ordinarily desire is wrong or "evil."

What better way is there to ensure the return of a church goer than to make them believe they are doomed without you?

No. If it is then I'll just keep on sinning, cause I'm very much in love.

Why would it be a sin?
In regards to Christianity Jesus' biggest message was to love one another as you would yourself. So isn't that what we are supposed to do?

No, its not!!!

For every decision that you make, just make sure that it doesn't go against God's teachings - on what is right and wrong.
