your fan may be off kilter...check the fan, and see what's causing the shaking. The case should be easy to open. good luck.

Try by moving the buttons of the monitor. If not, then it might be your resolution. Make sure you're running the right one for your system, and if not, you can easily change it by right clicking on desktop, properties, and settings. I really don't think you need to get a new monitor, that problem is very frequent.

sounds like you put something like a speaker too close to the monitor. The magnets do that to the screen.
Or your monitor could be starting to go bad. most likely something magnetic or electrical is interfering.
If you are in appartment anyone get a new big screen tv or electronics. I lived near a military airport and the jets had radar i think that jiggled my screen when they flew buy.

unplug the monitor from the cpu and replug it
remove any other monitor or anything new (electrical/magnetic) placed beside it recently.
hopefully that's it.
if not,
take out the graphics card, wipe the portion that was in the socket and put it back.

In addition to what everybody else has been suggesting, make sure that your cell phone isn't by the screen. I know that when I have it by the screen and it starts to ring, the computer screen starts acting crazy!

It can only be one of two items going bad, either the monitor or the video card. In either case, the bad item can only be replaced by a new one.
