I think world peace will never be possible. Looking back we find that all wars were and are started over money or religious principles. Since neither money nor religion will ever go away there will never be world peace.

there is 2 types of peace and war. cold peace that means that there is know one to fight no mistrust inc. cold war is a build up of arms mistrust and a strong nationalistic feelings. hot peace is peace kept by peace keepers IE UN people still hate each other but the UN insures that they cant fight. And hot war that is an all out fight.
in the history of mankind there is no time of a true cold peace and there is only around 17days or so with out a hot war in history.
so no i dint think a true peace is possible man kind is geared for conflict

Personally, I'm dedicating my life to bringing about change. And by the time I'm supposed to die, if there still isn't peace, maybe there will be the technology to keep me around for a while longer so that I can keep on workig.

Peace all over the world? No. There will always be some group fighting for whatever reason....real or imagined.
