What's a fast software to view and select from a large volume of photos using a Mac?

Need to be able to look at the images at thumbnail and full window size, grade an image for batch selecting later, and move through a large nos of images quickly.

iPhoto. Jobs gave a demo with a very large amount of photos. If you're more picky, then try Adobe's Lighttable or Apple's Aperature.
