My brother is a pot head and an alcoholic he has nothing, no drivers license, nothing he owns thousands in back child support and the worst part is that he is one of the most talented people I know he sings like Elvis, writes his own songs, is artistic, but his substance abuse has made him an angry hateful person. I don't know how I can help him. Please I need advice.

yes their is places that are free, you just have to look on the net here or call health places like the mental health and they can help, you might have to go side your town for one that is free but try i know my brother in law is the same with the stuff and he is trying and it is hard on every one i will pray that will help a lot you do the same

there are many resources available which are community based, you can either search your area on-line or call a local medical health center. wish i could of helped you more but you didn't state where you are from.good luck!!
