Here's the run down... had a baby in Feb. I am trying to get my body ready to start trying again to have a second child sometime after December when my husband returns home.
I have been told by the Dr that I am not ovulating, Dr put me on provera to regulate my cycles, but i have to stop the provera before i start trying to get prego again. I have been dx with endometrosis and got pregnant the 1st time without any planning. I think this time I will have difficulty getting pregnant. What can I do to increase my chances of getting pregnant? ANy ideas of what to do? Anyone with a similar problem?

The only way for you to know if you are ovulating is to take your basal body temp each morn, same time and before you get up. You should see a pattern in temps that leads up to and after ovulation. You can get the basal thermometer at Wal-Mart for about 8 dollars. I use a wonderful FREE website called Fertilityfriend.com...it graphs your temps for you, keeps track of your fertility signs, tells you when you ovulate and also tells you if there is an implantation dip in your temps. You can also use Ovulation prediction kits, but they only measure your LH surge and give you a ball park time for ovulation...they do not pin point it. Oh, and it is possible to be ovulating while you do not have your period, just like it is possible to have a period and not ovulate.

Folic Acid Folic Acid Folic Acid. Take an increase of Folic Acid before getting pregnant and during. Eating folic acid foods and taking supplements. Unlike other supplements, folic acid gets well asbord into your the body. Women who lack folic acid sometimes have risks of miscarriages. So start taking it now if you are trying. Good Luck! Having a child is truly a blessing.

After sex lay still and place a pillow under you to tilt your pelvis up to keep as much sperm inside as possible. 10min. Make love in the morning. Ovulation often happens at night when the body is at rest.

If you can orgasm the same time or just following your (male) partner, your cervix is more likely to 'suck up' sperm inside your uterus (and up into your falopian tubes) than if you don't orgasm, or if you orgasm before your partner.

Wishing you loads of success!

Believe it or not, have sex less frequently. Too much sex will decrease his sperm count and chances of impregnation. I don't know what you can do "from your end". ;)
