The seven Horcruxes are:
Marvolo's Ring
Tom Riddle's Diary
Slytherin's Locket
Something from Griffindor or Ravenclawe
Nagini
Hufflepuff's Cup
and the last remaining Horcrux lies within Voldemort's soul.
By the way Harry (nor Dumbledore for that matter) is a Horcrux

1. Voldmort (the 7th part that is still in him)
2. Diary (Destroyed)
3. Ring (Destroyed)
4. Hufflepuff's cup (Missing)
5. Locket (Missing)
6. Nagini (With Voldmort)
7. There is no 7th. Voldmort made the horcruxes of trophy's he deemed significant, and from deaths he felt were important important. Harrys death was to be the 7th and final Horcrux, a fitting end in Voldmorts way of thinking. But Harry didn't die and Voldmort lost his powers.

Ok... Voldemort had once a soul, and he divided that soul in 7 parts. One in his body... two - the ring, and three - the diary, as you said. That leaves us with another 4. My guess is this:
- that locket, which can still be a horcrux, we don't know if RAB managed to destroy it
- Nagini, voldemort's snake
- Hufflepuff's cup
and as for the last one... it could be anything, maybe even an object that once belonged to Godric Gryffindor or Rowena Ravenclaw. Someone said it could be an object hidden in the Room of Requirment, or that maybe the whole room had been created by Gryffindor or Ravenclaw - who says only Salazar created a secret room?

Not seven horcruxes--six. The other part of his soul resides in Voldemort himself, not in a horcrux. The locket that Dumbledore died to retrieve (that turned out to be phony) is one, and possibly a goblet belonging to Helga Hufflepuff. Dumbledore believed it possible that the other two were once possessions of Godric Gryffendor and Rowena Ravenclaw.
