Ask him/her how they liked the movies or just ask them about a funny part and they will end up asking if you want them back and say that you just need 1 back cuz someone else wants to borrow it and they will give 1/2 pf them back if not all.IF THEY DON'T ask or seem interested in giving them back tehn ask for them nicely.

I would have normal conversation,then in the middle of the conversation I would say hey did you ever watch that movie my other friend want's to borrow it.Or if not just tell them you need it back.

Just say: "Did you enjoy those movies I lent you?" Your co-worker then will respond probably that they forgot to bring them back & you can say nicely: "Tomorrow would be just fine. thanks."

Try this, "Say can I get those movies I lent you? I'm going to be going to visit a relative over the weekend, and I want to bring them with me. I'll drop by your desk tomorrow to pick them up."

If you look like the picture i just saw on your question you wouldn't have to ask.You can have any thing you want.You need to tell him be for he start's thinking there his.Iv lost some good flicks letting people use them.Tell him st right up.
