spyware doctor avalible on line or from walmart.$20-$30 depending where you buy.will remove it and provide realtime protection to stop from getting again.also has built in email protection.best for the$$$.

So common that it should make you wonder why you keep your PC. Why don't you own a computer that doesn't have these problems? Don't be a masochist, switch!

Switch now and in a month or two you'll be wondering why you didn't switch sooner. Everything is easier on a Mac, and there are NO viruses. That's right: ZERO. No spyware either! I can't remember the last time I scanned for one (AV scanners are available for the Mac, but they only look for PC viruses!) and my system is as good today as the day I bought it.

boot up in safe mode then manually remove the virus just press f8 at start up of pc then choose open in safemode

Sounds like it is blocking you from download its death. Try going to an online scan site (it might block this also).

Download any 2 or 3 of these antispyware, update them and run a full system scan. The rest will be done them. I am asking to download 2 or 3 because no antispyware is 100%foolproof.
