0.0004 meters Squared

1 meter = 100 centimeters

Therefore:

1 meter squared = (100 cm X 100 cm) = 10000 cm squared

Therefore:

1 cm squared = ( 1/100 meters X 1/100 meters) = .0001 meters squared.

See, 1m = 100cm
Now, 1m^2=1m * 1m
=100 cm * 100cm
=10000cm^2
Similarly, 1cm^2 = 1/10000 m^2

It should be a cakewalk for you now.
