I love building computers when money is there and was thinking on my next project. I would like to see some total over kill here yet would show real time differences.
Let's talk:
Memory
Hard drive speeds
Bus Speeds
Cables
Power Supplies
Video card and memory amounts on them
PCI bus speeds
What else I know there are so many variables and different speeds on things.
Also processors what is best? I am partial to boards that run dual processors. Is there a computer that in dual threading/dual processors and 64 bit?

Plenty of processors ( multiple processors.)
plenty of high speed memory
plenty of high speed bus, ports, connectors
so you kind of build a parallel processing unit.
