I quit smoking years ago,
wonder why this addiction is stronger????

Yes and no. If you quit smoking, within a few weeks you will be breathing 30% better and within so much amount of time, you can be breathing very well. So in a sense, yes, but the patch itself won't relieve it exactly.

I don't think there is a cure. I had to be heavily medicated and locked in a rubber room while I fought the withdrawal shakes. Violent outbursts ensued.

One of my watchlist people just turned real crabby. It's working for me without a patch!

i totally know what you're talking about. sometimes i think i can pretend that small Post-Its are Y!A patches but i end up scribbling a question on it to post later
