For me, it's Mozilla Firefox. Plenty of features and plug-ins.
My teenage kids love Opera 9.
All others we dismiss after trying them.

depends what you do with it filling out forms and checking your accounts netscape seems to work best and is most secure. fast browsing vidios and flash firefox works best. if you are a web designer ie7 is a must.
