Neutrogena Pore Refining Cleanser. It has acids in it that clean your skin and pores really well. It also tightens your pores and helps them to look smaller. Good stuff. It costs about $6 for about a 4 month supply.

Proactive works great. If you dont have it over there you need to use a good astringent - that shrinks the pores - clean youe skin well. Sonic care has made a new sonic facial brush called Clarisonic that is awsome in cleaning skin and shrinking pores.

Do you rinse your face with cold water after you wash with warm water?
Wash with warm water..then seal your pores by splashing with cold water.
