No, thats illegal. There are Cricket telecasting rights and the media like TV, Radio, etc are all signed up with specific channels. Broadcasting any such sporting event on internet is against the law.
There are certain web companies who buy rights from ICC or any association concerned and then they can broacast on the web.
Frankly but the licensing rights are so expensive that watching match on web becomes very expensive as number of viewers are very less.

Last year CricketNext had single match package available at 10$/ match.
