im watching a movie and it poses the idea that we change every 7 years, to an extent that we think differently as a miniumum, to put it blandyly, we *change*, in most senses of the idea, 7 years, who?

hm perhaps they were referring to the physical change rather than a mental change as i drew it, they also state that we remain essentially "ourselves" within the process, i took it as a note that we are still us within the shifts of mentality, learning, losing, experience, outlooks, all change but we remain the perspective, regardless of how it shifts, anyway, it must've been the physical, and i dont find that nearly as intriguing lol honestly, thanks

Maybe it comes from the same place that says that every single cell in our body is replaced every seven years.

In seven years you won't be made up of the same stuff, ie matter,
that you were before. Even in your cells. Easy.

It won't change you.
