questions:
r u sure that the love is one-sided?
have u asked da other party if he/she truly loves u or not?

if that were to happen to me, i will definitely let it go. there's obviously nothing great having a one-sided love in a relationship. it's hurtful coz u love the person so much. but one cant force love. i dun like dat feeling. it makes me feel really useless. no matter how much love i give, there's nothing back in return. dont u find it really exhausting? dun wait for it to end. it'll just make u suffer more. coz
1stly, u know da other party dun love u. no matter how much u do for him/her u know it will never get back his/her heart back to u.
2nd, u wont be urself. u'll tend to listen more to da other party just to impress him/her. u wont care about ur own happiness.
3rd, u wont have any life coz u'll be thinking about the relationship almost all da time. it distracts u, ur daily life.

n therefore, tell urself this.
u deserve a much better someone.
someone who will cherish ur love.
someone who will love u in return.
someone who love u the way u r.
who will make u feel special.
who wont make u suffer like how u r now.
there must be someone out there who would love to love u.

all the best!
:)

I would like to say "get off at the nearest street" but, I know that's easier said than done. I have a good memory and I remember hanging on once to a boyfriend whose love was a 'one way street'. I eventually ended it but, it was one of the hardest things I've ever done. Maybe I just came to that dead end.

Hope and patience are wonderful things, but they can only go so far. Personally, I'm a slow learner, so I usually end up slamming into the Dead End sign before I actually muster up the ambition to head onto the freeway.

If I was giving advice, though, I would say that my way isn't really the best way to go about things.

Love doesn't have any limitation in directions ' walls or dead end - is freedom of choice of two people making commitment and responsibility for each other.
You never know if the feeling is right or just sexual attraction one way to the and.
Love for me mean freedom for both of us - possession back me off.

Get off nearest exit, hard as it may seem, if things are just going to get worse, you're better off being free & being happy, than continuing on while it's just getting worse.

I ended it last month after 9 years, so now I do not feel that way. I feel like I am flying and doing what I want.

Give it 6 months of real effort if the realtionship is 1 year or older.

Real effort that means looking at it from their point of view and giving in more.

Abandon Ship April 1st if you have failed.
