Waterways Experiment Station (commonly associated with the US Army Corps of Engineers) has great software for doing that in 4-d.

First you take the Localised Synchronisation Stackdump and multiple the Syntax Dynamic and this will get you the NMI.
Once the NMI is achieved the Logic-Subsystem which is Inherent and quite possibly Redundant but yet could be
Bidirectional and often times Unreplicatable. This will get you
the circulation minimum radius
