Thursday because the Lion would be telling the truth that he told lies on Wednesday & the tiger would be lyiing (since thursday is his day to lie) about lying on Wednesday (since that's not his day to lie).

Thursday, as it's Thursday the lion would be telling the truth, he does lie on Wednesdays, but the tiger would be telling a lie and as he doesn't lie on Wednesdays, the lie would be that he did.
