Well obviously u gotta have sex to get pregnant. But me and my boyfriend have been trying to have a baby for over a year now. We can both have kids because I got pregant once but when we first kind of started and I was much younger so unfortuantly I wasnt ready and coudnt have it.. But ever since I havent gotten pregant..Any tricks or facts I need to know?.. The first time I got pregant it took me 8 months!!.. I want a baby, I'm ready for one. HELP :'(

It sounds like you may have a fertility issue.It took you 8 months last time and you're still trying after a year this time. I'd go to the MD and get you & your other half checked over. You may have a problem with PCO's (polycystic overy syndrome) or something else or he may be the one with the problem. Either way you need to get some professional advice.

Well there are many and many issues.
1. have plenty of sex at the right time. exactly two weeks after your period.
2. Check fertility of both of you guys.
3. see if you have problems from your previous conceiving.. if it has affected then, i believe you would have some kind of a problem.
4. do you have proper period.
5. Is your eggs not cyctic. i mean you should check you have a fertile egg.
6. Is your entire reproductive system, clear..is it clean and normal.
7. More heat in body of both partners can turn down fertilizing factor. so keep both your bodies cool. Eat mild food. hear mild music. live in undisturbed less noisy place.. till the time you get conceived.
8. Eat well.
9. There are more contributing factors like hormonal secretions, stress which don't allow people to conceive. watch out for this.
if you have excess hormonal secretions like men, it can disturb your ovulation and fertilizing. check this out for least case.
10. keep cool. run through a standard medical check.

I would first think about the lifestyle change that will occur once you have a kid- your life stops and starts over! With that in mind, you should probably test your cervical mucous to see if you are fertile. Do you know when your cycle starts every month? Is it regular? There are also books on figuring out the ovulation cycle and different positions to optimize fertilization. I have even seen an ovulation detector (small device sold in drug stores) that shows the best time for conception.
If all else fails, talk to you family doctor. He or she may have some suggestions.

It took me and my husband 1 month to get pregnant once we decided to try. Here's how to figure out when you ovulate. When you start your period... that is considered day 1 of your cycle. On day approximately day 14 you ovulate. Have intercourse on days 10-18 just in case you ovualte a little early or a little late. Hope this helps. We did the pillow under the butt thing too, but only for 10-15 minutes. Also if your man has a high sperm count there is NO reason not to have sex everyday during that time. Keep it to once a day. If he has a lower count just do it on days 10,12,14,16,18.

Boyfriend? How responsible are the both of you and how well prepared to provide and take care of a child are you? I'd suggest you get some serious counseling on parenting before you go forward. Then when the time is right (in the future), God will answer you. In the meantime, you really should get your system checked out by the doctor.

There are a few things that might help!!! 2 weeks after your period of course and then after you are done having sex put a pillow under your butt to help guide the sprem back where it needs to go although it may not work for some I know that is onw that did work for me and you need to stay like that for at least 30 to 45min... bad idea to have sex before marriage, even worse idea to try to have a baby without being married. If that relationship doesnt work out it can really hurt the raising of the child, and i know neither of you would want that. But other than that, just try to conceive every other day. Especially when ovulating, and if you are fertile, it'll happen.

In my experience it is the tiny things that you over look that can help you to get pregnant. For him: no yellow dye #4, avoid products with high lead levels (paints, glue, varnishes), keep laptop off of his lap and wear loose fiting underwear and pants. ( The sperm are in the scrotum to keep them cooler then the rest of the body, exposure to high temps ruins them.) For you: take prenatals, keep your body cool ( higher body temps can interfer with conception), get an ovulation kit and relax. At the low twenties (the easiet age for a woman to get pregnant) it takes an average of 6 months to concieve. Good luck.
