I'm due in November so i just want to make sure that i got all the essentials vitamins, proteins etc.. from the food that i eat. THanks

Make sure that you are getting plenty of folic acid. You can ask your doctor to recommend a suppliment or get a list of foods high in folic acid. It helps fuel the brain developement of the baby, the nervous system and much more. Very important!

Hopefully you've been eating a healthy diet since the BEGINNING (and even before) this pregnancy (it's a bit late to start worrying about your diet now!!)

..but it does help if you are taking a calcium supplement along with your prenatal multivitamin (which hopefully you have been taking all along as well)..

I'd eat veggies that help you poop cause many women can get contipated in the 3rd trimester. Eating watermelon helps you stay hydrated too. Eat a variety! : )

as long as your taking your prenatal vitamins and you have healthy diet you should be fine. Try to get in grains, meats, poultry, vegetables, dairy products.
