could it have something to do with the nursery song London Bridges? London bridges falling down, falling down, falling down. London bridges falling down my fair lady? I can't think of the rest of it, or how they might be related but maybe.

It could mean something sexual. Like going under a lady private thing.The lyrics is catchy and fun.

They asked her that on MTV. She said she wanted to leave it up to you to translate yourself. In other words, not even she knows, she was just talking mess. It's not the first time it's been done though, so I'm not mad at her.
