You dont say how old you are? If you are only young and are having heavier periods, tiredness and depression see your doctor to find out if you have an inbalance. Older women do sometimes end up with heavier periods and I guess a bit of depression. But if the depression is more than just a bit see a doctor as they can help you. Dont think of depression as being weak. It is an illness that needs attending to.

Being tired all the time is a symptom of depression. Your heavy period could be unrelated. Sometimes we all just have heavy periods or it too could be related to the depression. It's possibly a hormonal or physical thing that's causing your depression. See your doctor if you are really worried.

They are all different symptoms on their own. Heavy period can bring down your iron level and make you feel tired and weak. Eat more iron fortified foods. The depressed part is worrisome. Is it just feeling Blah or is it like a dark cloud is over you all the time? If you are really worried call your doctor and get some rest.

Yes. It means you are depressed, you said it yourself. Here's what you can do. First, try exercising. It will lighten your period FOR SURE (unless you do have a medical problem, which I doubt). It will also give you more energy (not at first, obviously, because you're tired and don't want to work out in the first place, but eventually the exercise will increase your energy and better your sleep). Also, endorphins! "Exercise give your endorphins, endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don't kill their husbands.. they just don't!" Anyways, if this doesn't work, then go to el doctor, they can give you some anti-depression help.

well your period is heavier obviously because you are stressed out and you're probably just fatigue because of your cycle... I think you just need to find a way to relax yourself and become stress free because it is having a bad effect on your health
