OK Then why did it say in the last episode for the last season To Be Continued?

Last season (the 8th season) was Charmed's last. It's no longer on the air. You'll have to be content with reruns on TNT and DVD sets.

unfortunately, you can only catch it in reruns on tnt in the mornings between 8-10.
