I dun hurt myself, like suicide or hitting myself. Being good to yrself is being happy no matter wat. Do things that is not against yr wishes or moral. Be a good person n dat;s loving yrself. love yrself as much as u love others. Love others as much as u love yrself. Do not treat others worse than u treat yrself. Remeber, always pput yrself in other person shoes b4 doing anything.

Probably too much. I like a lot of solitude, I think about myself a lot and I'm afraid to have children because I'm not ready to put another person's needs ahead of my own. But despite all that, I don't want to change. To me, concentrating on the self makes life more fun.
Good question by the way. It was simple, but there is a genius to simplicity.
