This rabbit faced cake - a birthday cake I had when I was really little. I was scared to death of that thing..crying and all. I don't know what scared me that much about it, but I was traumatized!

I am the youngest of 7 with 2 older sisters and 4 older brothers that enjoyed terrorizing me when I was young. One of my brothers once told me that a giant frog would come around at night when little kids were asleep and eat their hands. From that day forward, I slept on my stomach with both hands shoved under my pillow. Years later, when I got a new pillow that was too big for me to sleep that way, I wrapped my arms around the pillow to flatten the pillow out enough to sleep on and still keep both hands under the pillow. I am now 41 years old, and no matter how hard I try not to, I still end up sleeping with my arms around my pillow and both hands under it.

The Wicked Witch from the Wizard of Oz. I got a complete set of Barbie dolls that were the characters from the movie. I put the witch doll in my closet and never let her out. I would have nightmares that she would emerge from my closet at night.

The voices in my head , seriously , the voices in my head . They whispered bad things like they were going to chop my hair off . I hid every pair of scissors in the house. I even rigged a system to catch them. I put a bell on the door so it would ring and wake me up if they came in and I poured shampoo on the floor so they would slip and fall on their behinds. My parents found the shampoo and weren't too happy about cleaning it off the floor.

Clowns. My Mom hung a clown picture in my room. It scared the heck out of me every night. I didn't think to ask her to take it down. They are just freaky.

I fell off one of those merry-go-round things on the playground when I was around 8 and bruised my tailbone really badly. I haven't been back on one since!

Also that swing ride they have at carnivals. Some kid threw up on me and I haven't gone back on those either!
