In a certain area there are some women who admit that they are raped. And the a team is established to investigate it. The result is published and they accused someone. The public does not know what method is used during the investigation. When the team is asked about the methods, they empashize on conscience, it is immoral to use positivism in this investigation, they said.

But from the historical point of view, we need to know bout these raping in detail right? We have right to know bout the witness, bout the victims and etc. But they keep it secret.

Which side is correct?

You have no right to enquire about the idenitity of the victim and the nature of medical or paramedical tests conducted on her to prove the crime.

No, I don't think so. First off, you'd have to investigate one Mormon Church ... then, you'd have to move on to all of the Mormon Churches across the world. If just one thing seems off about any one of the members of any one of those Churches, you'd have to keep them under a microscope for God knows how long ... sounds familiar? I'll give you a hint ... think WAR ON TERRORISM. If that doesn't ring a bell, then think of the name of the idiot sitting in the White House right now. It would turn into the Spanish Inquisitions or the Witchcraft Trials all over again! Even worse, kids'll be separated from their parents all over the place, based only on the opinions of overzealous investigators and the words of nasty little social workers.

You are not entitled to know the names of or information about the victims of any crime, especially a sex crime.
