My doctor said I could pay him $110 each or I could remove the really small ones myself by cleaning a pair of sharp scissors(obviously MY scissors) and cleansing the tags with alcohol or soap and water then merely clipping them off. I have done this a couple of times and there is not even a mark from where they were and there was little to no bleeding.
My cousin is an RN and she just just twists the little ones off that she gets on her body. I've never had one that got big so...
Please note this is MY experience I am NOT any sort of medical person nor am I claiming to be; just to be clear.

Homeopathic Remedy THUJA 30 will take care of your Skin Tag problem once and for all take 3 drops in a sip of water 30 minutes before or after meals and stop as soon as your skin tags are gone !
I definitely think it is worth a try. In the course of trying to find my question and answer, I saw about 50 sites and most recommended the string thing and little else so this is definitely worth a try. (purchase at a health food store)

This may sound crazy, but I cut them off with a small scissors. Honest, I clean the area with rubbing alcohol and clean the scissors with alcohol, and cut it. It bleeds just a little. Then I apply neosporin and put a Band-aid on it. Works like a charm.

Cut off with scissor-seriously my sister has quite a few and the Plastic Surgeon told her to cut them off/ since just skin with no blood vessels or nerves shouldn't hurt or bleed.-But be sure its a skin tag first

Either use something to cut the blood flow off of them which will cause the tissue to die out and fall off
or
cut them off with something small and sharp, like nail clippers

if they were on your neck or any where on breast i`d use sterile sharp scissors pull it out with tweezers then cut them off and place a bandaid over them. but due to where they are you may need to see a doctor. i had ones removed from my doctor this way.40.00$ a pop. if i knew then it was that easy i`d done it myself!

I go to a dermatologist who burns them off with dry ice or a cauterizing needle in a second.

If you're talking about skin TAGS........I just cut them off with cuticle scissors. It's just a pinch, a drop of blood, and it's all gone.
