Don't give it a second thought...
You are bringing into this world a precious gift. A one of a kind baby(s), the only one like it in the world.
All of the placenta, excrement, etc, is caught in a bag without basically anyone but the doctor noticing, anyway. And I'm sure she/he has seen it hundreds of times.
If you trying to push a baby's head through the front, all of your lower veins, arteries, intestines, nerves, etc are going to be compresed for a little while. That, I think, is why they won't let you wear socks during delivery, so they can make sure you lower legs are still getting circulation.
Trust me; with my wife having a set of twins and one not breathing at birth, the LAST thing i would care is if she had pooped or not.
I mean, like what? " Yea the babies APGAR is poor, but you pooped." Yesh! any hubby, friend, parent, or anyone else that would even bring that up would be a total worthless toad in my book. And I'm sure my wife would have a few words for them.
Good Luck and enjoy.

Don't know the exact statistics, but I have to say it is extremely high. As the baby's head moves down into and in the vaginal canal, it will press against the large intestine. Anything in there is coming out. I worked in L&D, and we kept a supply of sterile covers to the side for just this thing. As soon as it appears you are finished, a nurse/assistant- sometimes the doc or midwife- will use a wipe to wipe down your tush. Then they put the sterile cover over the whole deal. If there's time before delivery, it will all get moved away and disposed of- if not, it's covered and no problem. Nobody thinks anything about it at all, most of the staff wouldn't remember if you did or didn't even if you asked later. In the olden days, women in labor used to be given an enema for this reason when they arrived at the hospital. Problem with that was, it only worked on what was in the immediate area. Baby heads still pushed down more as they descended into the birth canal, and moms still pooped. The enema was just an added misery to the labor they didn't need, and it quit being routine practice.

It happens very often, actually, although women don't usually do much of it. Just a little comes out from all of the pushing and straining. It's pointless to get an enema because many women get one and find that they STILL push out a little bit of fecal matter anyway. There's no way to avoid it if it's going to happen and believe me, it's the last thing you'll be thinking of in the middle of a painful labor anyway. Many women have diarrhea or loose stools when early labor starts. I always do. So your system mostly cleans itself out anyway before the birth. That's why even if something comes out it's only a tiny bit.

Yep, ton of women poop. Dont worry about it though. Your dr or nurse will just pick it up and toss it. The only way you dont poop is if your bowels are empty. Generally this means you got the runs before or durring labor or you had a enima. Everything down there gets pretty squished so the poop kinda gets pushed out, think toothpaste tube. Not to mention the way they have you push is kinda like when you poop. You will never even notice. As a madder of fact when asked what delevery felt like I have to agree with my cousin. It feels like you are having the biggest poop of your life.

She's almost right - many (but not all) women will have a bowel movement with a vaginal delivery. A basic understanding of anatomy makes it pretty clear why - when you're pushing a massive baby down the birth canal, the rectum gets squeezed along the way and the baby will push out any fecal matter that happens to be in the lower part of your digestive tract.

When in labor, it is not only possible, it happens frequently because you are using the same muscles to push the baby out as you do to poop. The hospital staff are acustom to it, it happens there every day!!!
