You probably wouldn't gain anything. You might see a higher number on the scale in the morning but that would be due to water retention because of all the salt and would disappear by itself. There are 3500 calories to a pound so it would depend on what your overall calories were for the week. It's also a myth about eating and then sleeping. Trust me on this one. I lost 70 lbs. and eat dinner late every night.
The one caveat to whether you'd gain would be if you're a low carber. Yes, a low carber could easily gain 2-3 lbs. on that meal. If you're not low carbing eat and enjoy. Just don't overdo the next day. And remember... that food is loaded with unhealthy ingredients and transfats so should be eaten only on rare occasion.

It depends on if you have a high metabolism or not. Some people would gain at least two or three pounds while others wouldn't gain an ounce.

If its McDonalds...you might be just crapping it all out in the morning anyways...lol...I don't really think that eating before bed effects your weight too much...just as long as you don't make a complete habit out of doing this all the time.

depends on your body.
I've been eating a lot and going straight 2 bed for about 2 weeks now as result, not even 1 pound over

i don't think you should be worring about things like that. you probably wouldn't gain that much anyway if you do any kind of exercise ( walk anywhere, carry a bookbag perhaps, etc.) it won't really take an effect on you its just once right.

If your worried about what you'd gain.. then maybe you shouldn't eat it right before bed? Besides that.. it'd probably give you nightmares!

You have to know the calorie count of the things you eat. 3500 calories you will put on a pound if you don't do anything to burn some of them away.

Um... maybe two pounds. However, you would lose it the next few days because you'd be active again and eating normally. =)
