Iam looking to make around 500 hundred dollars a month. Is this a realistic goal with Avon. I can donate about 30 hrs a week... I am a night owl so organization and packaging could be done then. Avon reps, what do you think.?

There are only 4 reps in my zipcode and the local elementaryhas agreed to let me send out flyers throught he kids at school. I will be giving 10% back to the school as a donation. There 841 students and last month the parents bought 18,000 dollars worth of wrapping paper.

$500 a month is realistic. If you don't want to recruit, you'll have have at the very least $700 per campaign in retail sales. I'm pretty sure that's at a 40% earnings level and you'll get $280 in profits. Don't forget that brochures, supplies, and possibly your webpage that will come out of those fees.

If you decide you want to be in Leadership, your sales don't have to be as high, but you will have to constantly recruit because there is a HUGE turnaround in Avon.

Also, when you said that only 4 reps popped up under you zip code, where you searching through avon.com? If so, when those 4 popped up, those are only the ones with erep sites. That doesn't include all the others who do not have websites. For example, I'm one of 4 in my zip code to pop up, but I know that there are more than 20 of us in the county.

If you are interested in other work from home jobs, take a look at this website that lists a lot of them.

Good luck and feel free to contact me through Answers if you have more questions (I'm not trying to recruit).

No, not with only 30 hours a week. Those who make money sell Avon full time. I joined so that I could go to the distribution center and buy from them. When I went to office, they had a chart of how much people sold and what they earned. Find a recruitment office and ask them questions. But don't be discouraged yet; get more info from Avon reps.

Im not saying that it can't be done, anything is possiable if you can make yourself a realistic goal and stick to it. Your going to need to get out there and be confident. I used to know a lady that sold Avon, and was amazing at it and did make a lot of money from it...it is hard work and she was always out there...I tried selling Avon before,I had a few customers but the problem is I ordered Avon too and ended up in the hole.

Try it. My grandmother bought a house in the late 60's selling Avon. She was a good sells woman, and had a good following. She even had a few celebrity clients. - She did well with everything she ever did. I have heard that researchers for Avon have come up w/ some great skin products. I like Avon. Try it, if you work hard at it, it is possible.

I say go for it! I sell Avon and have done OK and I am not really trying! If you have the schools behind you, you will make good money! Just make sure to have a lot of samples on hand! People love free stuff!!! You have set a goal for yourself and that is the first step! Good Luck!!!

well, I sell Artistry but, you can do anything you set your mind to.
I know when you do A follow up with the person that tried your stuff it tells that person that you are accountable and most likely will buy from you let me know how it goes. it also helps to put some little goodies in with your samples for example, you could put little chocolates in there or A little candle w/ chocolates! women just love that I've done that and almost every woman bought something good luck! and may God bless your business!!
