ya so I want to get a seprate box that can scroll inside my profile so I can put a long list of bands in it or any writing so it wont take up the whole page and it will be cooler, im not sure where to get one or what its called ive tried plenty of sites already so if you have any ideas. or know what im talking about post.

i just used this code in my profile last night and it works. everything i have is in scroll boxes and looks great.

well i would explain it, but it would take too long... but here's a link for the html code you could use. Hopefully you are kinda familiar with html, but if not it's not that hard to find out. if you go to the main website of this link, you can pretty much do whatever you want in any website including myspace.
