what is the diffrence between rights and responsability?

It varies depending upon what you are talking about. This is a general question that could relate to alot of things. The one difference that they all have in common is that a right is a privelage and given to us. The responsibility often comes as an action required to obtain/maintain that right.

All of us know our rights but not all of us knows our responsibilities for this rights.
