The US government has jurisdiction only on US soil. Musharraf is the leader of a sovereign country where the US has no rights of search and seizure. The question presumes that the US has rights that it does not have. Given the grave consequences that would result from an attack on the US from Pakistan, Musharraf would serve the interests of his country well by ridding his country of Bin Laden.

Cause not only Laden and his men but many international terrorists are hiding in Pak. So he is scared if he allows then either terrorists will kill him and his family or world would disown him for keeping terrorist in his country.

Because America is not trustable any more. Osama is just a supposed figure, their purpose is only to ruin Muslims and Islam. Look around you, he is attacking only muslims and muslim world.
