No Vince doesn't own it. When ECW and WCW was brought by Vince, many of the wrestlers refused to sign with WWE because of there dislike of Vince. This is when Jeff Jarrett decided to restart the National Wrestling Alliance in the south because of its popular demand. Later on they branched off from the NWA and Jarret formed TNA as a competition for WWE. This is why many WWE wrestlers jumped ship after they were fired from WWE. They also hired Vince Russo after the fallout he had with Vince M, around the time Smakckdown! was created. Vince Russo later left after he found God and September 20th they officially announced his return.

No, i believe Jeff Jarret runs it. I read that some of the TNA wrestlers, dislike Vince and some vowed to never work for him again.

no tna is part of the national wrestling alliance they are like a franchise organization looked them up on the net and 20 to 30 different franchises all with their own belts and wrestlers all over the country its great

No Jeff Jarrett's family owns it.Jeff Jarrett owns 20% of it .And FYI he used to be a wrestler for the WWE a long time ago though.
