Yes. Human lungs cannot absorb all THC in the smoke, so any exhalation from a smoker can be inhaled, and the THC can be absorbed into a second person.
And obviously, any free smoke that is inhaled has THC, so you can get a high from that.
You do have to inhale quite a bit more than you would if you were toking yourself, though.

I've never had any experience with marijuana, but I would say it's possible...or maybe not. If you were close enough to the person smoking it, maybe. I doubt you would get enough fume to make a big difference in the way you act. However, group mentality sets in so maybe if you're not smoking but the smoker begins to act giddy and/or goofy, it's almost catching and you start acting the same way. I don't know why I even made the attempt to answer this question!

Yes,my mate used to smoke and he lived next door to the stateliner bus drivers and they where high all the time from smoke through the air conditioner.

If you are breathing the smoke in and it goes into lungs and into your system-sure/If theres enough smoke in the air reaching you where you breathe in through mouth or nose/Sure
