Probably....Answer depends on how much thrust the ship's engines can make , & how much time they have to move it. These factors make a very big difference in the answer.

Where are you hoping to get the ice from?

It would be much easier for a boat to tow an iceberg from Antarctica, and there have been plans to do so. If you are worried about the loss of fresh water in many parts of USA and Europe, towing an iceberg would be a million times more economical that bringing ice in from Titan.

It can move ice. Any amout you want. But you have to design one.
