Actually, you do have somewhere else to turn that more efficient than yahoo answers. That is Dictionary.com/Translator. You can translate a lot of languages, including Spanish with it. It's fast, easy, and very useful.

If you're trying to saying something like "It is 10:00 a.m." then the answer is "Son las diez en la manana" (with a tilde over the 1st "n"...I don't know how to do those on Yahoo! Answers). If you are trying to saying "...at 10:00 a.m." then it is "a las diez en la manana."
