Actually I have, this cable salesmen knock on my door very frequently.. I actually persuaded one to go to my grocery store and buy some bread that we prepare in house. He became a regular customer and I never really bought a cable subscription

About 16 yrs ago I had a job where I traveled state to state doing door to door sales....it was for the company RAM Enterprises ran by Paul Rammage based out of Baton Rouge.......loved every minute of it....made some great friends....got to see the country....and meet many different types of ppl

Yes I have. The poor chap was trying to work out how much I could save, and was making a right mess of it. I let him use my calculator, and he liked it so much he bought it off me! I saved plenty by not buying anything, and got £5 for my old calculator.

yes I have..I was selling chips, pop, candy etc..salesman was selling some toys and other things, he bought a bottle fo water from me..and a popcicle because he says that he was hot from walking the pavement..lol

I've never sold anything TO a salesman. . I've bought stuff from them though. . like this lovely orange tea I bought. It's quite amazing. *slurps tea happily*

I think that is classic! Good for you. And the answer is no, but I did tell Jehovah's Witnesses my father was a devil worshiper and to run away fast because he was looking for scarifies for tonight's ceremony. They did literally run. I was 16 and mean then. But it was funny.

it's a good way to get rid of telemarketers - try to sell them something. they say "huh?" and then they usually just hang up, confused.
