Roof tiles? Contact the builder first, and the bank and insurance company. If the builder does not make the work good, file a complaint with better business bureau and the municipal authorities. You may have a legal case.
Good luck.

seems like missing info..what type of tiles? did anything happen b4 this started? Do you own the home ? If you own and had it built go back to the builder...or seller. sometimes there are nogaurantees however then just get a roofer and get an estimate and if the seller or builder gives you a hard time sue them for the repairs

If you paid to have it built and the contract has the agreement about the roof in it (which it should) then get them back to look at it. This is too soon for that to be happening unless he had some lazy a** workers up there that didn't nail the whatever is up there down.

Poor workmanship. Some tiles come with hole for putting a nail to secure it firmly on the wooden roof support.

Most roofs have at least a 5 year warranty I believe. Come have the person that installed it check it out.

A bit, but then look at Hef. The Love Shack is just a scaled down version of the Playboy mansion. Uncle Marvin is a stud muffin. Let him have his fun. :)

I would like to watch you cook, You don't say if they are wood shingles or clay tile. Check with the roofer first. If they are actually composite or fiberglass shingles, you might be able to repair it yourself, good luck
