You don't do anything,Rumors are just that rumors, And so what if you did, this may have been like you said before they started dating. Hey don't be getting all caught up in "THE RUMORS" separate yourself from all that. If you did, so what, if she is your friend she would not even give it a second thought,Just don't get with him while they are now together that would make you the Cold BLOODED Friend.LOL

If you are the kind of person who doesn't really mind what people think about you, I would say ignore it and get on with your life. The rumor will die down and life will go on.
If you are the self conscious person who minds people's opinions, I would suggest that if you didn't do it, you get your friend and her man together and get him to tell her the truth. If you did it (I'm not saying you did) but just incase, then apologise to your friend. Its not like you cheated with him because they hadn't started dating.

The key words here are, "before they started dating." Just ignore it. It will dies down as quickly as it started up. Who cares any more anyway.

somebody is just not happy with their life and wants to make yours miserable, find out who the person is, and confront them...and if that doesn't help, you can just go down to their level and make up rumors about them too....but make them 10 times worse as the ones you hear about yourself
