there any foods or anything..and what are osme exerseises? i just want somewhat of a butt and i'm average-alittle overweight

There is nothing you can do about it at all accept to eat fatty foods and that will cause you to gain weight elsewhere as well....accept yourself for the way God made you and be happy!

different exercise such as squats with a barbell or lifts on the glute machine at ur local gym. also the stair climber will help a little and youll get into shape

i have the same problem. i was told if you stand there and kick your legs back and up toward yer head, it suppose to pump up yer butt iguess, but it doesnt work to well for me. or get down on all fours, put weights on yer leg and raise it up. know what i mean? its just the way your body is. probably will take some serious workouts.

sit on your *** and eat. allll the time. lol. eat high calorie and carbs. like bread and kidney beans. and they say avocados have a lot of calories. eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. and exercise so your weight can even out

there are definitely exercises that claim a bigger butt, but no foods. Also, DO NOT wear baggy pants. (i'm guessing you're a girl)

Ah, I know how you feel. I have no butt either.
Just make sure your jeans are fitted and try some with larger back pockets.

ya squats, lunges and try a stair climmer machine, squeezing your butt while your sitting in a chair...reverse leg curls
